Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery

Standard shipping to the United States and Canada typically arrives within 7–14 business days after processing. Because we work with specialty suppliers, items in the same order may ship and arrive separately.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over US$59.99. A flat rate, shown at checkout, applies to orders below that amount.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Delays

Carrier or customs delays, peak seasons, and remote delivery addresses can extend delivery times. If an order is running late, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Customs and duties (Canada)

Any import fees or duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
